Exercise

Hello po! Im 23 weeks pregnant and i want to ask if nag eexercise po ba kayo? What kind of exercise po at what week or month kayo nag start? You do it for what? For you to be still fit or para di ka mahirapan manganak?

If di ka po sensetive, and sanay yong katawan mo sa exercise pwd po, pero dapat my go signal ni Doc. As per my case, d ako pinayagan ng OB ko na mag exercise during 2nd tri., Kahit pa sanay ang katawan ko, dahil banat sa training, di din ako sensetive. Pero d na ako kumontra. You can do simple Kegel exercise po, kasi d nman straining ang ganyan na exercise ☺️. I started my execise at 32w. I did it para bumaba na si baby and preparation for labor, para di ako mahirapan mairaos si baby.
