Pregnant Exercise / Zumba

Who's mom to be here still go on zumba dancing or exercise? I want to know if it is safe for the baby? Im 24 weeks pregnant here. Thank you.

Safe naman po ang zumba sa baby kasi protected ng amniotic fluid wag lang super bongga sumayaw. Yung kaya lang po
