Hi po! May I ask po sa mga mommies I used to exercise before I got pregnant at first trimester ko po ngayon is it safe parin po ba to exercise (light exercise)? Thanks. ☺️
Light exercises are generally fine po, depende sa pregnancy, yung iba advised pa ng ob na ituloy ang routine nila (with caution of course), pero mas ok po kung mapa-check up muna sa OB para sure na hindi ka high risk or anything.
