NOT ENOUGH?
Hello po. First time mom po ako my lo is 3 weeks and 5 days na po. Ebf po ako, normal po ba na mayat maya umiiyak yung lo ko kasi gusto nya dumede? As in minsan po khit 5 minutes palang after nung last dede nya. Minsan po kasi 5-10 minutes lng interval kahit na matagal naman sya dumede nung last. Hindi po b enough yung gatas ko? ?

Check for 2 things kung bakit umiiyak si LO: Yes, first possible reason is if your milk supply is not enough - makikita mo yun mommy sa poop nya; if LO is getting enough milk magppoop sha everyday (yellow color with seeds) and sometimes several times sha in a day. Make sure na atleast 15 minutes ka rin nagpapabreastfeed per boob kasi ang first 10 minutes fore-milk lang nakukuha ni LO. Eto ung parang malabong water sa umpisa na lumalabas sa breast natin. 80% kasi talaga ng milk natin is water. Ung last part ng milk mo sa breast that’s the creamy and nutritious part which is called the hind-milk. Un ang dapat nakukuha nya - un ung nappoop nya. Second possible reason kung bakit umiiyak is baka colic si LO. Make sure na every after feed ipaburp si baby ng naka upright position for atleast 20 minutes. Gripe water and aceite de manzanilla are options to use too pero better to ask your LO’s pedia before using them.
