Yes po. Effective lamang Lactational Amenorreah Method (LAM) o ang exclusive breastfeeding bilang contraception kapag na-meet mo ang lahat ng ito: 1. Wala pang 6 months si baby 2. Hindi pa bumabalik ang period mo 3. Baby is breastfeeding on cue (day & night) and gets nothing but breastmilk and only token amounts of other food

98% effective po if you meet ALL criteria: 1. Wala pang 6 months si baby 2. Hindi pa bumabalik ang period mo 3. Baby is breastfeeding on cue (day & night) and gets nothing but breastmilk and only token amounts of other food If kahit isa hindi mo na meet, have a backup contraceptive method po like condom.
