as much as possible sana (lalo na yung folic or folate) parehong time kasi mas maganda pa rin yun ganun at yung absorption ng gamot.. better mag remind ka sa phone at alarm mo..gawin mong habit yung kung umaga, umaga mo itake. kungbhapon, hapon at kung gabi, gabi na lang.
