preho tayo ng situation 4months pa lng akong pregnant mataas n sugar ko.ni refer ako ng OB ko sa isang diabetologist tapos ni refer na naman ako s isang dietician kasi ayaw ko munang mg insulin,so yun binigyan ako ng meal plan kasi bawal nman mg diet ang buntis,sinunod ko lng yung meal plan den daily monitoring ng sugar.im 27weeks now katatapos ko lng mg OGTT so far wla akong gestational diabetes..kya lng effort lng talaga at disiplina....tips dun s meal plan ko..7am breakfast 9am meryenda 12noon lunch 3pm meryanda 6pm dinner 9pm meryenda..1/2 cup lang rice more veggies if fruits only 1 slice.ang meryenda is nilagang saging dapat isa lang or nilagang kamote.katamtaman lng ang laki den if mag bread ka or pasta no rice na. meron ka ksing dpat sundin if ilang calories ,protien ,fats ang kailangan mo.if mag meat ka or fish 3pcs matchbox size lng ang pwede every meal.den if whole egg dapat twice a week lng if you want everyday yung white lng pwede kainin..

more on veggies sis. maganda broccoli. tapos less rice, if possible brown rice ka muna. no white bread din, try mo wheat bread instead then kain ka oats, check mo lang label kasi yung ibang oatmeal with sugar din lalo yung may flavor pero merong wala talaga. fruits are encouraged pero stay away from matatamis like mangga, dun ka sa more on water kagaya ng pakwan.

Same tayo sis 6months nadin tyan ko mataas sugar level ko kailangan ko mag bawas ng kanin at matatamis na pagkain for 1week kuhanan na naman ako wheat bread lang ako sa umaga or oatmeal tas sa lunch kunting rice at sa gabi gulay lang damihan ko para mabusog ako hehe

pinaka mabisa po mami ang okra .. sapaw mo lang s sinaing din tiis s lasa .. kase nung tumaas sugar ko while im preggy kumaen ako ng okra .den ng check ako bumaba sya 😊

More vegies po no rice kung maari brown rice no white bread ms ok kamote at saging na saba konti lng po din sa meat at sweets drinks sa fruits in moderation din

i take lemon water daily,kahit half lemon lng pra tipid..nirerefill ko lng water..since i started, nagNormal sugar ko khit kmakain ako sweets pminsan minsan

Ung dragon fruit mamsh, then kinilaw na amapalaya if keri mo. Pero mabisa ung dragon fruit yan kinakain ng workmate ko pampababa ng sugat.

More on gulay po na madadahon at chicken or fish. Hinay po sa kanin at matatamis na fruits or root crops like patatas o kamote.

Replace white rice with brown or red, less salt less oil and as much as possible natural taste. Wag din over sa fruits.

Lessen your rice, more protien like chicken breast and asparagus, also lessen sweets and sugary foods🙂
