Balanced diet means eat variety of foods mommy. Kailangan wag puro matatamis but more on veggies and fruits tapos protein . Pwede ka naman po kumain ng kinecrave mo minsanan. May certain kilo calories po kasi tayo na dapat i consume lang per day.

Iwas sa carbs/rice mommy. Or inom ka muna glass of water bago kumain. 😊
