Maternity Leave

Hi po, ask ko lang po kasi nakapag file na po ako ng maternity application ko for sss. And nalaman ko na up to 105 days ung paid leave. Yung paid leave na yun ba is ibibigay sya for every cutoff payroll habang naka leave ka or after na nung leave mo? Ano po bang procedure nung salary compensation sa maternity leave? Thanks po.

Your company must shoulder your 105 paid ML as per the law within 30 days from the date u officially filed your leave. It will be reimburse by SSS to your company once you provide the PSA Birth Certificate to your HR.
