caffeine can affect the fetus neural development, med student ako and very cautious sa baby ko na kahit ultrasound iniwasan ko while on my first trim, sabi nila ok lang daw magkape, pero nasa paniniwala na rin natin siguro yan, never ako tumikim ng with-caffeine foods(coffee,tea, soft drinks even chocolate) nung second tri dun na nagstart paglilihi ko for chocolate pero very minimal lang din kain ko cause I'm afraid of gestational diabetes, siguro napakacautios ko talaga kasi I'm very into human health, never ako nagpatalo sa cravings kasi nandyan ang parents, friends and my partner na nagguide sakin, in conclusion, dahil 3rd trim na tayo, ok na ang caffeine kasi well developed narin naman ang brain ni baby
