i've been working in private sector for more than 10yrs and based po sa experience ko sa mga officemates ko male, NO, this is only for married guys and only for your legal spouse's delivery. May naging officemate na po kasi ako na nanganak GF nya pero hindi nabigyan ng paternity leave kasi di sila kasal. Please check below screenshot, but you can always verify with your HR po.
