Hi po, Ang paternity leave po ba ay sa mga kasal lang? Thankyou po.
i've been working in private sector for more than 10yrs and based po sa experience ko sa mga officemates ko male, NO, this is only for married guys and only for your legal spouse's delivery. May naging officemate na po kasi ako na nanganak GF nya pero hindi nabigyan ng paternity leave kasi di sila kasal. Please check below screenshot, but you can always verify with your HR po.

No. Kahit hindi kasal pwede, right yan ng mga tatay.. Kung sayo naka apilido yung baby mo, mas madaling I justify sa ofc nyo. Or kahit hindi naka apilido as long na ikaw ang nakalagay sa birth cert ng baby na ikaw yung father. Pwede mo ifile sa HR nyo. Or better yet, ask mo po yung HR nyo. :)
