Hello, mommy. As per research po, may ganitong phase po tayo lalo na nasa 2nd trimester tayo. And I also consulted with my OB kasi nakaka-bother nga naman, mabuti sana kung nakakatulog ako sa daytime para at least mabawi. Sabi po kasi dapat kung hindi makatulog sa gabi, sana raw sa daytime, makatulog pa rin at least 6 hours. Eh hindi ko po magawa yun dahil I am currently working. And my OB prescribed me to take Melatonin (nabibili sa Healthy Options - 3mg.) every night before bedtime. So far, it’s working, nakakatulog naman na po ko even though putol-putol, pero much better than before na totally hirap talaga makatulog.
But, mommy, please don’t take this right away. Much better to ask your OB first.
