Anyone here who works sa DepEd po?

Pls help po. If nag sick leave ako this November po kasi maselan po pagbubuntis ko so i need extra rest po at December EDD ko, makakatanggap pa rin po ba ako ng yearend bonus and other incentives po? Thanks po. Sana may makapansin.
