Garlic chili crabs: 1 large crab, cut into 2. 2 heads of garlic, crushed and minced. 3 green chilis, sliced diagonally. 1/2 cup of butter. 3 tablespoon of olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Heat olive oil in a pan followed by butter. Put in the garlic followed by chilis. Add the crab until it changes color and meat is well cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
