Please share creative chicken breast recipes! I'm running out of ideas on how to cook it.
Have you tried chicken roulade? It's my favourite chicken breast recipe and it's super easy. Basically it's chicken breast that you've pounded thin and you can put ingredients like cheese, spinach and mushrooms in it before rolling them up to resemble a swiss roll. I'd then roll the chicken roll in egg wash and bread crumbs and sautee them lightly on a pan. Alternatively you can bake them in the oven. If you have young kids who hate eating veggies, this is a good way of disguising them. You can get other chicken roulade recipes here: http://www.myrecipes.com/m/recipe/baked-chicken-rouladeRead more
