I'm running out of breakfast ideas. We're so used to having hotdogs, eggs, ham and corned beef every morning. Can you suggest healthy and easy to cook breakfast ideas?

I bumped into an article of Asian Parent on quick and easy breakfast ideas. https://ph.theasianparent.com/quick-and-easy-breakfast-ideas/ I browsed through it, and they all look good and seem easy to prepare. Mostly are made of fruits, vegetables, eggs and milk, which are really healthy. Here's also another site that features a variety of recipes using the usual ingredients we have in the kitchen, but will surely give us a new taste http://filipinostylerecipe.com/tag/breakfast/

Have you tried adding a twist to Tuyosilog? Add a kick of spice to it by marinating your fried tuyo in chili flake and olive oil. Make your scrambled egg creamier by adding milk (this will lessen the spice for your family members who have low tolerance to spicy food). Also, do not forget to add achara. Happy eating!

Omelettes can be a versatile breakfast idea. You can always add on lots of other options like cheese, tuna, corned beef, tomatoes, etc.

You can try muesli, instant oats or yoghurts then add some fruits and honey to give it sweetness.

Instant oats with no added sugar. For sweetness add bananas and berries if you have them.
