paano umutot after CS

Try mo po maglakad lakad kahit konte.. need talaga makautot para sure na di ka constipated.. kapag di kasi nailabas may tendency na mastretch yung tahi or sugat lalong magcause ng pain at discomfort..Kaya dipa pwde kumain or uminom hanggat di pa totally back to normal yung function..esp kung under ng anaesthesia.
