Pinipilit kong mag isip na wag maging malungkot pero feeling ko talaga nasasad ako eh at ayoko rin naman ma stress kasi baka malungkot din si baby.. Bat ganitoooo ?

Ibaling mo sa iba ung attention mo like do hobbies na safe for pregnant women, bond with your family,have movie marathon.. Or sometimes occupy mo na lang mind mo with your work during work hours :)
