pede na kayang i pa cs si baby @ 38 weeks and 3days? may single cord coil kasi sya. gusto ko nalang i pa cs.

Yes, pwede na full term na by 38 weeks e. And in my opinion I would rather have CS na lang asap to make sure that the baby is ok and will be okay kaysa mag antay ng labor. Sigurista ako e.
