I am 8mos pregnant and suffering from Puppp rash. Sino po naka experience nag Puppp rash kasi yung iba is 1st and 2nd trimester lumalabas ee ang sakin 3rd trimester na. Anyone? Ne recitahan din ba kayo ng Ob niyo ng anti allergies na gamot like cetirizen?

Try to stay away po from hight histamine foods, like chicken, eggs, and shrimps, para di ma trigger.
