Generally, more veggies and fruits. Less sugar, less salt. Pero fruits are naturally high in sugar kaya wag din sobra. Depende din sa needs ng body mo, and conditions of your body. :) Ingat din sa mga fish, may mga fish na medyo high ang mercury content so iwas iwas momsh.
