appointments are monthly, first scan is a dating scan, then another scan a few weeks after will be for first trimester screening (down syndrome screening)
subsequent important scan is at 20 weeks which checks for fetal anomalies. the next important scan is 32 weeks growth scan.
appointments are usually every month, some are checkpoints for blood tests/diabetes screening/fetal doptone to check baby’s heart rate
