I suggest to change your OB po, kasi simpleng pagbibigay po ng vitamins and instruction hindi po sainyo malinaw. Everything about vitamins, medicines and instruction for a pregnant women must be clear always. Folic acid po tinatake lang sa first trimester. Pinatigil na sakin ng OB pag dating ko ng 2nd tri. Ferrous and multi vitamins na lang sa 2nd tri and mag aadd ng calcium late 2nd trimester onwards.
