Para po sa mga expert mommies, specially sa mga cigarette smoker. Anu ano po ba ang mga bad effects ng paninigarilyo habang buntis? meron po ba dito na kagaya ko naninigarilyo parin kahit buntis na? I am 12weeks pregnant. Napakarami ng times akong nag attempt mag stop, d ko na mabilang pero laging failed. kahit ngayon pong buntis ako, hirap na hirap akong iwasan ang paninigarilyo. I need advices. Gusto ko rin po sana malaman mga epekto ng gingawa ko. gaano po ba makakasama sa bata ang paninigarilyo ng buntis na nanay. Salamat po sa mga sasagot.
