Rest well, eat well because binat is fatigue. Nakukuha kapag walang sapat na pahinga, kain, tulog. Hindi yun nakukuha kapag naligo, nagshort, sando, kumain ng gata, nagcp, nagsuklay agad.

wala naman po tlagamg binat madam. basta after manganak rest lng po muna pra maibalik ung lakas n nawala during labor. tpos eat ng masusustansya n food
magpahinga klng mommy iwas gawain sa bhy tulog kain at alaga klng mna ky baby... pag maliligo maligamgam n water at saglit lng...
Iwasan lamigin at iwasan din gumalaw ng gumalaw, wag iinom ng malamig
