Last june 2019 I gave birth to my firstborn sa lying in, the next months later inimplement na ng DOH (idk pls correct me if I'm wrong) na 1st and 5th onwards na baby ay dapat sa hospital na, but 2nd, 3rd, 4th baby ay pwede sa lying in.
