Once you start must all feedings then have solids or can just start with one solid meal a day (eg just before bedtime)?

I did BLW - one time a day. Just to introduce the idea of eating solids, and let baby get used to different food textures. Baby’s main source of nutrition should still be milk during his/her first year. Sometimes in between milk feedings I would offer some food as well - if he takes it then good lah. If he doesn’t it’s ok too. Then from there slowly increase the frequency of solids in his meals.

You can start once/twice a day. Would recommend to do it during the day though.. because you need to watch out for allergic reactions like rash, eye swelling, breathing difficulties, vomiting and diarrhoea
