Okay to take calcium pill and fish oil together at the same time ?
Yes. If you feel like vomiting after taking fish oil. you can do separate. Calcium in the day, fish oil in the night before sleep. This is what I did haha.
Haha I feel fine taking both at once but just thinking if both of the supplement has negative effect if taken together :) thanks !!
