How to dissolve pill

Wasted 3 of the obimin pills alr….. and the fish oil capsule too.. if not for pregnancy I wouldn’t even swallow these supplements at all. Such a turn off and waste of time. Used a pill cutter but it wasn’t good. Turn rusty. Basically I just squeeze the fish oil out until it spilled all over
