Okay lang po ba na araw-araw magworkout lalo na sa first trimester?

Kung sanay ka naman mag work out at hindi sensitive ang pagbubuntis ok lang. Pero kung ngayon ka pa lang mag stastart its not advisable. You can ask your OB.
