Saya masa pregnant gynae suggest DSSS sebab ada GDM. As long as awak tahu dan kenal apa itu carbohydrate, protein, fat, mineral, etc should be okay. Contoh menu saya for breakfast - Wholemeal egg sandwich * Wholemeal = carbo * Egg = protein * Unsalted butter = Fat * Tomato/lettuce = Fibre Without any dressing. Lunch - Mix salad *Potato/carrot = carbo *Chicken breast = protein *Cherry Tomato = fibre *Cucumber = fibre *Mesclun mix = fibre Lemon black pepper dressing Dinner - Sup ayam * Potato/carrot = carbo * Ayam = protein * Tomato = fiber * Celery = fiber Ni contoh nya la. Semua dalam portion DSSS. In between saya ada 3x snacking. Hope it helps

Maaf, salah info. Telur rebus boleh makan sebab fully cooked. Telur separuh masak yang tak boleh sebab half cooked. 😊
