Depende naman po sa couple kung ano ang boundaries nila about porn, just as long as they're on the same page and hindi nakakaapekto sa relasyon nila in a negative way. Try talking to him about it po in a calm manner, let him know na you want/need more affection from him. Or ikaw po mag-initiate.
Now about watching porn po, that would be a separate discussion po. If it bothers you talaga, let him know po, and try to come up with a compromise para sa inyong dalawa. Porn can be addicting, 'wag naman sana mauwi doon.
