25wks preggy here and i still go to work almost everday. nasa 3rd flr ang office namin and i have to take the stairs. nakakahingal talaga pero okay naman kami ni baby. konting exercise nadin for me since kapag nandito naman sa bahay as much as possible iniiwasan ko na mag akyat baba kasi nakaka pagod
if di po tlaga maiiwasan mommy and if wala nman kayong kumplikasyon dahan dahan nlng po kayo sa pagakyat .. and iconsult nyo rin po yan sa ob nyo mext checkup nyo para makasiguro po kayong safe kayo ni baby ..
okay naman po basta mag ingat kayo at dahan dahan lang at make sure na humawak kayo sa handle ng stairs para sure. exercise din po kasi yon kahit papaano so don't worry po
If you don't have a complicated pregnancy and your OB didn't advise you on bed rest.. Pwede naman po mommy😊 exercise din po😊
