My baby is turning 6 months tomorrow! Nagpa panic ako diko alam ano unang ipapakain, kung ano yung porridge, kung i steam ko ba lahat pati fruits or blender lang. Please help me... and ideas po sa feeding journey ng baby nyo.

Breast milk is best for babies pero kung hirap naman mag breastfeed. Pwede naman mag mix feed. I think what's really important is the baby gets the right nutrients na kailangan nya

Post Partum Depression

How do deal with it? Sobrang nade depress ako. Laging magisa sa bahay, nakaka lungkot. Grrrrr

Ganyan din ako ginagawa ko nag hahanap ako ng mga maari kung gawin sa bahay,tulad ng paglilinis sa kwarto pag dedesign,tapos minsan nagluluto ako ng ulam or snack 😅minsan na cecellphone lang nood ako ng nood ng mga videos kung paano mag alaga ng baby (first time mom kasi)

Okay, as a first time mom, I always wanted to give what's best for my baby. I want him to enjoy our company and love for him alone for the meantime. So, the question is. What do you think is the most effective contraceptive to use, for us to have a well planned family?

for me, having an implant is the best choice. especially if you're forgetful to take pills like me. also, 3yrs yung effectivity nya. saktong duration lang for me before we try for a 2nd child.
