Is it ok not eat the fish oil given by doctor but I continue to eat Obimin? The fish oil is ??

I have only been taking Obimin all along. Have asked gynae for fish oil but he said it’s not necessary; up to individual. I’ve always had a hard time swallowing large pills, so I skipped that 😅
