Pwede naman momshie but in moderation. Kasi prohibited talaga sa pregnant ang sobrang maaalat kasi prone sa UTI mga preggy. I had UTI with conceiving both of my kids bacl then since sbrang hilig ko sa maaalat. Especially Salted egg kasi fav ko yan pang-appetizer ko kasi ung salty taste. But keep in mind to avoid salty food as much as possible while pregnant.
