Technically yes because you can eat everything in moderation! However I’d personally avoid seafood options or eat seafood less frequently as apparently they’re considered toxic. Also I’ll greatly reduce the level of spiciness so that it doesn’t not cause me stomach discomfort later such as bloating or diarrhea.
