i think it should be fine. i used to put nivea lotion on my breast because pain and crack and the next think i know at 28weeks i was leaking milk.everyone is different. do ask ur dr for advice tho.
i use vaseline b4 but its not work on me. so I use Palmer coco butter lotion and it really help me much
use nipple cream. you can find it at any pharmacy
Are you breastfeeding? You can try nipple cream
