Obimin or iberet folic or elevit? I read somewhere that obimin has paraben. Obimin has 30mg iron, elevit has 65 mg iron, iberet has 105mg iron. But do I need iberet that has up to 105mg of iron if my hb is normal?

In my experience, doc will prescribe iberet for those who have iron deficiency prob.. Meanwhile the obimin can be taken for those with normal hb range. Just to maintain the hb reading.. In ur case, ur hb doesnt have any prob so obimin is enough for u.. 😊😊
