Child maintenance (single mom)

Hi.. not sure if anyone know about this. My ex has not been pay me for the child maintenance for 2 months does anyone know what can I do beside filing enforcement towards him?

Try fsc, they can help but if you meet people that are f*** up like me they wont bother

Yes, it is enforceable. Seek legal counsel. To save costs, there are pro bono clinics

Actually if he doesn't pay you might want to consider taking sole custody.
