Overnight no more NV and tender breasts

Is it normal that now exactly at 6th week my nausea and vomiting and tender breasts have seemingly disappeared overnight when I have been having nausea/ vomiting and tender breasts for the whole of 5th week? I have taken 3 positive urine tests and 1 positive blood test. Still waiting for my first gynae appt .. I’m worried.

Don't worry too much because symptoms comes and go. As long as there isn't bleeding, there shouldn't be an issue! Do arrange for your gynae visit soon. :)
