Is it normal na palaging sumasakit at naninigas tyan ko ? I'm 29 weeks preggy , yung right side lowerback ko din palaging masakit , minsan ang hirap na ilakad .

Normal naman yan mommy. Try Pre Natal Yoga. yung ginawa ko and hindi gaano painful ang pregnancy ko and ready din for delivery
