Normal lang po ba yung paninikip ng dibdib? Hindi po ako makahinga. May history po ako ng asthma. diko po alam kung asthma po ba to or sa pagbubuntis lang po.

Try mo humiga ng mataas ang unan. Asthmatic, Highblood at my Panic Attack ako. And always drink water. And I advice you to tell ypur OB about and if may history ka or the family ng sakit be open to them. Kasi there are cases na kailangan ka nilang bantayan. Meron ding di ka pwede maglabor or mag-normal delivery. Kaya dapat tell them everything upon check-up.
