Normal lang po ba mag overthink during pregnancy? Dami kong naiisip, natatakot ako what if magka-birth defect or problem during pregnancy and during delivery. Halos makikita mo pa sa social media na pregnancy journeys are about defects or miscarriages. 6th week nako, sa 8th pa ko makakapag paultrasound. Urine test at serum palang napapatest. Naka8x PT pa ko, it feels surreal pa kase. 1st worry ko now if healthy pregnancy or ectopic pregnancy 😣πŸ˜₯ Todo pray ako every day multiple times for normal and healthy pregnancy. Pero yung takot di pa rin nawawala. 1st pregnancy ko po. Hingi po sana ako ng tips para maovercome tong anxiety nararamdaman ko πŸ˜₯😒😭

Try to lessen socmed activities, I also experienced that when I was pregnant 1st trimester until the 2nd. I told my Ob about it, since I already have anxiety and panic attacks before because I also experienced miscarriage. My Ob advice me to lessen the socmed, since socmed is full of negativity. Try to divert your attention to other activities such as getting healthy and reading books about pregnancy. Hope this might helps you.
