i cant control my pee

Is it normal if u pee, even though u dont feel like peeing? I always wet my shorts everytime i cough and sneeze is it normal? Or i need to rush to my ob

Ganyan din po ako kapag nag s'sneeze ako minsan at umuubo naiihi ko as in sobrang basa talaga tumutulo yung ihi ko through legs hanggang binti at paa..
