Cramps and Very Light Spotting

Hi all. Is it normal to have stomach cramps and very light spotting (not sure super light pink dot)? Kakapa-checkup ko lang ulit last Saturday and dinoble dose ko ng Duphaston and 4x a day na ang Duvadilan. Right now nasakit sakit talaga tyan ko and may very light pink spotting. Worried lang ako kasi first time mom here. Possible ba na implantation bleeding pa din to kahit na nagkaroon na ako ng ganito last week for 1 day? I am 5 weeks pregnant btw. Thanks in advance.

Will visit the hospital later pag di pa din nawala. Medyo nawawala wala na kasi. Feeling ko napapagod lang ako. Sana hindi naman umabot sa confinement. Thank you so much!
