Niresetahan nako ng ob ko ng calcium kahit 2 month palang tyan ko. Pwede kona ba inumin to kasi yung iba daw 4months dapat.

obimin-multivitamins, caltrate plus yung pink, hemarate FA for good blood supply, folic acid to avoid spinal defects and vitamin c for immunity. Ganyan kadami for the first month ng pregnancy. Hmmm.
