For a new dad who's gained some sympathy weight and trying to get back into shape, which gyms around Manila offer competitive rates?

My friends go to either Fitness First, Slimmer's World and Gold's Gym. Among the three, I believe Slimmer's offer the most competitive rates. But equipment and facility-wise, I'd go for Fitness First.
