Reduce weight

Hi mga momshies. Pano po mag reduce ng weight? And ano po pwedeng exercises for cs moms. 3 months na po after I gave birth and I gained a lot of weight po which causes to lose my confidence :(

Light exercises lang muna mkmmy. You may start stretchings. Pagpapawisan kna nun. Tapos tska ka mag unti unti ng mabibigat na exercises. Jogging po sana maganda, pang whole body na po yun. Kung may check up ka po sa ob mo, you may ask po si ob kung anong ok na exercises.

Ok lang yan mommy. Stretchings ka po muna. Unti unti pabigat ng pabigat exercises mo. Pkiramdaman mo muna sarili mo ah. Minsan kasi akala natin kaya na natin pero hindi pa tlga. Kaya mo yan. 🤗💪
